Fly to Rome is the easiest way to get to Viterbo and you have two options:

Take the train:
From Ciampino or Fiumicino to Viterbo Porta Fiorentina or Viterbo Porta Romana in 2 hours 30 mins on the fastest service, otherwise it will take 3 hours 17 mins.  There are around 17 trains per day running on these routes, which spans 50 miles (80 km). You’ll have to make 1 or 2 changes along the way on your journey to Viterbo.

Hire a car:
Follow the signs at Ciampino or Fiumicino Airports to car hire areas and various companies have kiosks.   Pre-booking via individual companies, Skyscanner or Booking.com would save time and you would uplift your rental car at the same areas.

Choosing to stay in Viterbo will allow you to make the most of your time during your visit. You won’t need to worry about transportation to the venue, as we will arrange a bus to take you there and back!
